A new two storey primary school, constructed to Passivhaus standards. Engineered timber I-Joists were used to form the walls and roof, and conventional timber frame internal walls. The sports hall was formed using bespoke glue laminated timber portal frames. The project achieved a BREEAM "Excellent" rating.
