This fine example of regional farmhouse vernacular dates from the C19 unfortunately recent history has seen it vandalised and neglected resulting in significant damage to the fabric. Our remit was to assess the remaining construction and prescribe the measures necessary to restore the building to a standard that meets the requirements of Taylor Wimpey but also conserves as much of the remaining structure as possible.
