Construction of a replacement roof to a private swimming pool. The original structure was an oak trussed roof, which had become overstressed and was in danger of collapse, previous repair attempts were unsuccessful so the entire roof was replaced with a bespoke glue laminated timber truss with stainless steel dowels, provided a striking contemporary look in a traditional setting.
